April begins chemotherapy and has a hard time dealing with her friends and family and most importantly her health.  Everyone is very supportive and comes to visit her in the hospital.  April is a determined girl and is fighting ferociously for her life.  Throughout the episode, everyone tries to keep it together for April and you can see that by the way they dress.  They all try to dress in bright colors to soften the mood.  For the latest trends, watch last nights episode, “Finding Chemo”.

Throughout this episode, What to Expect when You’re Expecting Chemo, April is going to go through with the chemotherapy. April’s family is worried but show their support completely. Leo has another accident and is unfortunately admitted to the hospital. This episode shows a lot of ups and downs. Although April had her family on her side she can’t help but feel like the cancer has taken over her life. The Boston Post, where she works, finally finds out about her condition. Lastly, Brenna’s feelings for Greer start to heighten. Between the fear and anxiety, each character still manages to look perfect with the latest trends. Throughout this episode, Brenna goes to Miami for a school trip where she hopes to meet her half-sister, Natalie.  April’s world changes when she starts to see more doctors about her illness.  She starts to go to more support groups as she finds herself relating to these people in a deeper way.  While attending a meeting in support group, April learns that a member is facing a worse diagnosis that is unfortunately only going down hill.  Although this has been a very tough few weeks for April, she continues to keep her head up high and still lives her life.  Enjoy Episode 8, “Death Becomes Her”, and check out the latest style!

Throughout episode 7, things start to change dramatically for April.  She still doesn’t want her friends and colleagues knowing about the cancer and continues to hide that from everyone around her. April also is having issues with her mother, as her mother doesn’t want her to see a fertility doctor and wants her to start treatment immediately.  April and her mother don’t see eye to eye on this issue but April’s mother has to let April make her own decisions.  On a lighter note, however, April’s most recent report gets published and her boyfriend makes her a surprise party to celebrate.  Just as things become great with her and her boyfriend, he finds out that he got a job following a band abroad for four months.  This puts a strain on April, who still has not told him that she has cancer.  April urges him to take this opportunity and is reluctant to tell him the bad news about her.  Watch this episode, “Unplanned Parenthood”, to find out what happens with the two of them and also to check out her latest fashions! She continues to look cute and poised as always.

This weeks episode was a roller coaster of events! The show opens up with April spending time with her boyfriend, who doesn’t know about her illness. She desperately wants to keep it a secret because she thinks it will ruin and change her relationship.  However, April has changed over the episodes.  She starts to open up about her illness and talks about her challenges and fears in support group.  The governor’s son overhears this and decides to help to her.  The two of them grow fonder of each other and spend time together.  Their first impressions of each other start to change.  April’s mother is working hard to make sure everything is clean and safe for April, which bothers her.  April feels as if she has to now be dependent on her family and friends when she used to thrive off of being independent.  No matter the circumstances, however, April and her friends and family still dress in style episode after episode.  Here’s a little taste of what everyone wore on Episode 6, “Clean Minds, Full Lives, Can’t Eat.”
